These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wanderwing’s website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Wanderwing, LLC (“Wanderwing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Wanderwing Is

Wanderwing is a family-centered digital platform designed to encourage curiosity, outdoor play, reflection, and creativity in children.

Wanderwing is:

  • A creativity and exploration tool

  • A journaling and activity platform

  • A subscription-based service

Wanderwing is not:

  • A school

  • A medical provider

  • A mental health service

  • A crisis service

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to:

  • Create an account

  • Purchase a subscription

  • Enter into this agreement

Children may use Wanderwing only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Children’s Use & Parental Responsibility

Wanderwing is designed for use by children under parental supervision.

Parents are responsible for:

  • Approving child access

  • Monitoring child use

  • Deciding what content is shared

  • Managing family links

Children do not create independent accounts with email addresses.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Wanderwing offers paid subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • You authorize recurring payments (if applicable).

  • Pricing is displayed at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple, etc.).

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime through:

  • Your account dashboard
    OR

  • The app store (if purchased through Apple/Google)

Refunds are provided only where required by law.

5. Family Links & Access

Wanderwing may generate a personalized family link to access the Service.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your link secure

  • Sharing it only with your household

  • Preventing unauthorized access

We are not responsible for misuse resulting from shared links.

6. User Content

Wanderwing allows users to create:

  • Voice recordings

  • Written entries

  • Drawings

  • Journal content

You retain ownership of your content.

By using Wanderwing, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store

  • Process

  • Display content within the Service

We do not claim ownership of your creative work.

We do not sell child content.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Wanderwing for unlawful purposes

  • Upload harmful or abusive content

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service

  • Share links publicly in a way that enables unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All Wanderwing content including:

  • Logos

  • Brand characters (e.g., dragonfly, snail, pill bug)

  • Activity designs

  • Text and graphics

are owned by Wanderwing, LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce or distribute materials without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access

  • Error-free operation

  • Specific developmental outcomes

Wanderwing does not provide medical, psychological, or educational guarantees.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderwing shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Lost data

  • Emotional distress

  • Unauthorized access due to user negligence

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent activity occurs

  • Payment fails

You may terminate your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will update the “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
